My shop in Williamstown sits directly across the river from Marietta. The bridge puts me in town in about ten minutes, which means a commission here is genuinely local even though it crosses a state line.

Marietta is a town that respects old, well-made things — it was the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory, and you can feel that history in its downtown and its homes. A solid hardwood table or an end-grain board fits right into that. Everything I build is milled from rough lumber I pick myself and assembled one piece at a time.

From my shop to Marietta
